Keisuke Kubota is the Vice President of Business Development at Shimizu North America, where he leads initiatives focused on expanding the company’s North American partnerships and identifying new project opportunities.

Keisuke has leveraged his international experience at multiple Shimizu Corporation branches across the globe. Prior to his current role at SNA, he held leadership positions in Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Czech Republic, and the United Kingdom, where he played a key role in building BD teams and strengthening client relationships. Keisuke’s business development expertise allowed him to serve as BD lead on a major AWS datacenter project, successfully securing a project with a total capacity of 144 MW.

Keisuke brings a global perspective and a passion for driving sustainable business growth. In his current role, Keisuke is focused on expanding SNA business through the growth of our EPC capabilities and a focus on open-book project delivery. His goal is to strengthen client relationships by promoting transparency and value-driven solutions.

Keisuke earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. When he isn’t traveling for work, Keisuke can be found on a golf course or cooking with his family.
