As Vice President of Preconstruction, Sho oversees all preconstruction activities, including estimation, scheduling, value engineering, and design coordination. He works closely with our preconstruction teams to ensure each project is set up for success. His leadership ensures a smooth transition from the design stage to construction.
In more than 17 years at SNA, Sho has held roles as Project Manager, Project Director, and Project Executive, managing complex projects across multiple industries and project deliveries. He was drawn to this industry because of the variation in market sectors and the unique challenges each project brings.
In his current role, Sho is passionate about expanding our team’s range of skills and knowledge. He is driven to mentor staff to understand all facets of a project, even beyond their departments, so they can contribute to the success of every project from the earliest stages.
Sho earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. When he isn’t at work, you can find him modifying or working on cars.
