Shimizu North America recently held its first volunteer day, bringing employees together to give back to the community and put “Today’s Work, Tomorrow’s Heritage” into action. Team members participated in three service projects benefiting MUST Ministries:

  • Rolled flatware into napkins for the Loaves & Fishes Kitchen at MUST Hope House
  • Created reusable shopping bags from T-shirts for MUST Marketplace
  • Wrote notes of encouragement for local seniors through Senior Smiles

MUST Ministries provides emergency shelter, housing assistance and other essential services to individuals and families in Cobb and Cherokee counties. Its programs help people experiencing homelessness and housing instability move toward greater stability

For Shimizu North America, building for the future extends beyond the projects we deliver. It includes investing in people, strengthening the places where we live and work, and creating long-term value that extends beyond the built environment.
