Overview

The Matsushita Electronic Materials plant comprises an 82,000 s.f. manufacturing plant of circuit board copper-clad laminates. The project houses and extremely technical, process-oriented manufacturing facility. Special design considerations were required to accommodate the installation of process equipment six-stories high. Also key for Shimizu North America was resolving the environment and building code issues associated with the plant’s hazardous manufacturing materials in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the surrounding community.
